Rachael Connors 11/17/2017 7:21 AMOur Athletics department actually invested in reusable mugs for all employees. Upon hire, employees receive their "Spider Mug" and it's been a great way to keep the styrofoam cups out of the kitchen!-

Rachael Connors 11/17/2017 7:19 AMI live in an area that's very walkable, and sometimes find myself taking unnecessary trips when I could get outside and take a walk instead. This week, I paid more attention to the distances and last night ended up walking to a restaurant that was only a few blocks away, when I normally would've driven.
