Reflection, encouragement, and relationship building are all important aspects of getting a new habit to stick.
Share thoughts, encourage others, and reinforce positive new habits on the Feed.

To get started, share “your why.” Why did you join the challenge and choose the actions you did?

I'm grateful for all of our partners on campus who contributed to #URGoesDanish, the great weather we had that allowed us to be outside in November, and for my wife who handled our munchkins like a boss while I worked late each night this week (I have a feeling I'll have to repay that time this weekend, but there are worse things)!

And I'm thankful to you Michael for all the effort you put in to making this a success.  Thank you to the entire International Education and Sustainability teams! And thank you to all the volunteers. UR Rocks!

According to my home energy audit, I could save an additional 28% over what I'm currently spending on energy.  That could buy a lot of crochet yarn!

I am happy to have participated in this week's challenges!  I learned a lot, not the least of which is how incredibly easy it is to contribute to sustainability, and how small changes can go a long way to helping.

I loved the CAPS station, in which people wrote on the concept of Hygge and took time to reflect on how this concept of coziness and happiness fits into their own lives.

Last night's Candle-lit Walk was fantastic!  I was in the knitting group, and we saw lots of people, shared lots of stories, and gave away a hand-crocheted spider or two!

Worked too late last night to enjoy the sunset. Here's hoping for success today! #URGoesDanish

What a great day to kick off UR's Sus-Dane-Ability Challenge!  I enjoyed a beautiful sunrise this morning, and have my wild and crazy socks ready for the Sock Walk!  Will you join us?
